Marty is best known for her innovation and creativity in the travel and entertainment industry where she has developed and implemented strategic creative marketing campaigns that build brands, raise the creative bar, effectively engage audiences and drive business performance.

Marty Muller is the creative force behind the award-winning marketing of Disney Parks, Experiences and Consumer Products around the world, and is a key caretaker of the renowned Disney brand. In her role, Marty led the Global Marketing organization’s creative development process for Disneyland Resort in California, Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, Disneyland Paris, Hong Kong Disneyland, and Shanghai Disney Resort. Also, under Marty’s creative marketing leadership is Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, Disney Vacation Club, and Aulani, a Disney Resort in Hawaii.
A passionate advocate for women in creative roles, Marty graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Syracuse University. She is the recipient of awards including the Effie, Addy, Ad Age Best and London International Ad Awards, among others. She has also led the multi-year Disney “Dream Portrait” Series initiative with renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz.
Upon joining Disney in 2004, Marty was named Head of Marketing for the Disneyland Resort, Anaheim, during the key 50th Anniversary celebration where she led all the marketing disciplines until 2006. She returned to her role in Burbank and continued to support the creative development and execution with all external agencies worldwide, as well as leading Disney’s own internal creative group, Yellow Shoes– helping it grow to a 300+ person in-house, multi- disciplined team with dedicated senior executives across Account and Project Management, Operations, Creative Development, Design, Digital and Programmatic Creative, Media Network Programming, Production, Photography Synergy, Partnerships, Promotions and Global Asset Management. In this role, Marty provided creative leadership support to Disney Consumer Products, including special projects for Disney Stores and new business development. She also provided creative ideation and ongoing support for special projects to Enterprise Franchise Management and WDI. Core to her skills are ideation, logo development, copy strategy, design, branding, video content development, production and print asset development, and global visual asset management.
Before Disney, Marty was Executive Vice President, Executive Creative Director for the Cimarron Group in Hollywood, where she worked closely with many divisions of The Walt Disney Company. Before that, she worked at J. Walter Thompson in New York for a decade, rising to Senior Vice President, Group Creative Director. She began her advertising career as an art director at Grey Advertising in New York.

Proud mother of son, Max Vernon, who resides in NYC as an accomplished playwright/composer/lyricist and Harrison, who resides in Tel Aviv. Marty lives happily in Santa Monica with husband, Craig.
